MADISON AND WEST CENTRAL DEKALB COUNTIES...
At 518 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Owens Cross
Roads, or 14 miles southeast of Huntsville, moving east at 40 mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.
SOURCE...Public. At 5:10 PM, quarter-sized hail was reported
in southern Madison County.
IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to
roofs, siding, and trees.
Locations impacted include...
Paint Rock, Grant, Langston, Martintown, Lim Rock, Woodville,
Section, Scottsboro, Hollywood, and Larkinsville.
