Severe T'Storm Warning

These are probably straight-line thunderstorm winds capable of damage, but there is still weak rotation showing up at times. And it is in an environment where a tornado could develop very quickly. So I'd get to a good safe place and stay there to play this one safe.

1:10 - Skyline, Hytop, Stevenson, Shiloh, Bridgeport, and Ider are all included in this polygon.

Places like Gurley and New Hope, I'd stay in a safe place while the storms blow through there too, still a warning in effect down that way.

1:14 - Noticeable uptick of rotation between Owens Cross Roads and New Hope. Remember that this warning also carries a note that a tornado could develop quickly. I'd go through your tornado precautions in that area as a course of least regret. And really anywhere in these severe thunderstorm warning polygons, people need to take some level of shelter.

Large hail, damaging wind, and continuous cloud to ground lightning

is one of nature's leading killers. Remember, if you can hear

thunder, you are close enough to be struck by lightning.
