All right, and we just got put under a Severe Thunderstorm Watch too, that came fast.
If you are in the Tornado Warning in Franklin County TN, get to a small central room on the lowest floor of a sturdy house or other strong building, not in a mobile home.
4:55 - Also have some rotation that was enough to prompt a Tornado Warning right up to the Alabama state line, does not include Lamar or Marion County at this point, looks like a quick rotation that came up. The Severe Thunderstorm Warning continues for Marion and Lamar until 5:15 AM CDT.
4:57 - Back to that Tennessee storm, the possible tornado is now clearly in the Eastern parts of Franklin County. Places like Sewanee need to stay sheltered.
5:02 AM - As this storm moves East into Marion County, TN it is replaced by a Severe Thunderstorm Warning, which carries a tag that a tornado could develop quickly. Also please note that such a tag has been added to the warning for Lamar and Marion Counties in Northwest Alabama.
5:05 - Here is the wide view. Looks like the squall line got here in time for a lot of people's morning commute.
5:09 - The warning is being allowed to expire on time as the rotation has weakened and the storm has moved East.
