* WHAT...For the Winter Weather Advisory, freezing rain.

  Additional ice accumulations of up to one tenth of an inch. For

  the Wind Chill Advisory, very cold wind chills expected. Wind

  chills as low as 4 to 8 below zero.


* WHERE...Portions of north central, northeast and northwest

  Alabama and southern middle Tennessee.


* WHEN...For the Winter Weather Advisory, until 6 AM CST Friday.

  For the Wind Chill Advisory, from 10 PM Friday to noon CST

  Saturday.


* IMPACTS...Difficult travel conditions are possible. The

  hazardous conditions could impact the morning or evening

  commute. The cold wind chills could result in hypothermia if

  precautions are not taken.
