* WHAT...East winds 10 to 20 mph, with gusts of 30 to 40 mph.

* WHERE...All of north Alabama and southern middle Tennessee.

* WHEN...Until noon CST today.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds could blow around unsecured objects.

  Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may

  result.

  These winds will occur on the back side of the rain as the rain
